Senior Electronics Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems.
- Work on PCB design, schematic creation, and component selection.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve existing electronic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and production teams.
- Lead and manage electronics-related projects from concept to deployment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of designs, processes, and test results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics design and development.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
- Experience in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCad).
- Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
- Good understanding of testing and debugging tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RF systems or IoT devices.
- Knowledge of firmware development or embedded C.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Prior experience in mentoring or leading a team.
